Submissions to the Petition

The petition is closed for signatures but you can still write a submission in support:

• If you are a Scottish patient affected by a tick-borne disease, write a statement in support of the petition with your personal story in Word on 1 A4 page
• If you are a specialist (no matter where you are), write your professional opinion in Word on up to 2 A4 pages

Submit it by email to petitions@parliament.scot stating that it is in support of petition "PE01662: Improve Treatment for Patients with Lyme Disease and Associated Tick-borne Diseases".
